Synchronization is a ubiquitous phenomenon in nature where many entities interact with each other. It appears in the collective flashing lights of hundreds of fireflies, the singing between tree frogs, audience clapping, and even in the quantum world. In this lecture I will tell you how photons and electrons can behave like oscillating pendulums, and display synchronization even in the microscopic quantum world.
The lecture will be held in English.
